Part Two of a Two Part Series on navigating National and California Administrative  Agencies.

Given new NLRB requirements of most employers in the private sector, the Labor and Employment Section is offering a seminar on practice before the National Labor Relations Board and the Public Employment Relations Board.
 
In addition to new employer obligations, the seminar will illustrate how the agencies function and key practice pointers for plaintiff and defense attorneys. Examples include how to obtain an investigation of your client's case at virtually no cost, how to defend against charges filed with either agency and how to avoid preliminary dismissals by the PERB.
 
This seminar is the second of two in a series presented by the the Labor and Employment Section on navigating administrative agencies.
